About Me:

I've been a pilot all my life, flying helicopters and airplanes. I just started flying the DJI Phantom a few months ago and just bought a Turbo Ace 830.

Please tell us a bit about your UAV interest

I want to learn how to effectively operate the quadcopters so I can use it in the real estate business or in any other application that it may be used for.

Can someone tell me if you can use the Canon SX260 to film and use it as a FPV camera.  I like to use it, the SX260,  so I don't have to add more weight and problems to the aircraft.  Any suggestions are appreciated.

Wally Reder replied to Roi Neustadt's discussion Easiest way to control the DJI Phantom or other user friendly as possible quad via software?
"I know the Phantom will fly with 500 grams of weight with no problem...it will get light with 1000 grams but doesn't want to fly.  Don't make a hot approach with 500 or it may fall through."
