Manual for Ardupilot Mega 1.0/1.4
Hi, I have a couple of the older APM boards. I stopped flying for a few years and kind of lost touch with them.Trying to get back into the hobby now and I've discovered that all the instructions for the old boards are no longer available! The boards do seem to be working and can be connected to Mission Planner. Could someone please assist by directing me to where the relevant legacy manual can be viewed/downloaded?Thanks so much...

Thanks!!
i have my fingers crossed ,till i see it get a lock i wont know if i fixed it, was raining last night so i wasnt going outside, now i wont be home till tommorow to try it , My APC220 telemetry radios came in today tho, so its going to be neat seeing whats coming from the AP for debugging my probslems (if it will tell me anything)
Charles, lucky you with the 406. I know mine could be fixed if I knew what burns out when it gets reverse polarity. It's probably a diode or maybe a regulator and then I'd need to find the right ones, pay for shipping, might as well get the Ublox.
As for the hex file, here it's compiled to run EM406 on version 2 IMUarduimu.cpp.hex
looks like i lucked out when i took all the shields off it and the ant, and didnt damage any parts or traces , the red lights on like normal again :D
can someone please rewrite the sketches in hex from before with the em406 included this time? thanks!
damn i spent a while soldering and put my em406 back together was not fun
but guess what? ..its working!!!! yaaay
Brian, I am using V8FR-HV receiver from FrSky. I have added 2.4GHz module to my radio, keeping the MHz also by using an additional toggle switch.
Charles, I am using FMA CoPilot (without Z sensor) available from revolectrix (the old version) and it is not very expensiv.
