When I disconnect my RC input from the pixhawk my throttle does not drop, it stays at whatever i left it at. So now if it comes unplugged during flight it's going to fly away.

I have been having an issue lately with some of my ESC not arming when powering on my hexacopter.
What happens is when I power on the hex, sometimes up to 4 motors won't initiate when arming but not consistently all 4 (sometimes only 2 don't start).
