About Me:

I'm an R&D Engineer for Bully Dog Technologies. (www.bullydog.com) I graduated from Utah State University in December 2010.

Please tell us a bit about your UAV interest

While in school, I was the UAV team captain and an undergraduate research assistant researching applications for small UAVs. Loved it so much it has become a hobby! I have a blog about my hobbies that I just started. yeahididthis.blogspot.com Not much up there yet but there will be soon.

Johnathan Nielsen commented on Chris Anderson's blog post T3-Round 8: The egg-drop round!
"A few guys dropping eggs from UAVs isn't going to ban the hobby unless they do it in highly populated areas which shouldn't be flown in anyways. I believe we are all adults and should be able to do things safely."

So I am planning on using the ArduIMU(flat) and still want to use the airspeed sensor.  I don't want to buy the shield.  I can't seem to find anything on just using a stand alone airspeed sensor with the ArduPilot.  I'm sure it can be done since the…
