On your turnigy 9x controller, Press menu, then press DN to select FUNC Settings, enter it by pressing menu again.

Please check the connections. Make sure pin 5 of receiver is not connected to APM. Also pin 6 of receiver is connected to APM pin 5, pin 7 of receiver to APM pin 6 and pin 8 of receiver to APM pin 7.

"Did you disable the mixing in the prog.mix in the menu? Go to each mixer that you tried to change for mixing (or all so that there is no doubt) and set the state of each mixer to INH i.e. In active. I think this might solve your problem."
How does complex geo fencing works for arducopter? From where to configure it? I am trying but the geo fence appears shaded (disabled) in right click menu in flight planner tab in Mission planner?
