Finally jumped into UAVs after lurking for a while on DIY Drones and learning from everyone here (THANKS!). Started with a F450 flamewheel + KK 2.0 this year. Now (sort of) flying a TBS Discovery with 3DR Pixhawk. All parts and components carefully chosen based on users online reviews on forums here and there. Learning everyday and hopefully improving in the process ;)

Did connect that esc directly to a receiver throttle up/down quickly, stopped half way...

I have the acro version (the same I use on my QAV250).
The acro naze32 doesn't have the barometer, nor the compass (compared to the full naze32).
So it's either manual mode (rate) or self-leveled ;-)
But it's small, simple and fun!"
