Hi,
I wanted to let you know what UgCS 2.0 Beta is now available for download at our site www.ugcs.com !
UgCS 2.0 now supports Ardupilot, Mikrokopter, Microdrones, ARDrone and DJI (Naza-m, wookong-m, A2) autopilots.
As shown in our teaser, UgCS 2.0 has now real 3D globe map engine and capability to search for locations for quick navigation.
Please feel free to download it and see the beauty with your own eyes :)
As always your feedback is greatly appreciated, as together we can build really one of the kind ground control software!
Thank you!

How does UGCS support DJI autopilots ?
Hmm, now I understand.
This is 3D objects on landscape. We have partial support for them in UgCS 1.5, and this will be supported in UgCS 2.0 little bit later. We need to implement loading of KML files, it was surprisingly complex task and we still not finished it.
I meant real 3D, the way it is on Google Earth, where you can see smaller hills and trees:
Hi Chris,
UgCS 2.0 doesn't have switch between 2D or 3D maps. Now we have only 3D. I have checked same place on my computer, everything worked ok. Please zoom out little bit and you should see mountains..
Janis: Congrats! At first pass, this looks great on OSX. One question: is there any way to turn on 3D maps? I find 3D mission planning on a 2D map somewhat limiting, since you can't see the terrain variation. See below:
I am sorry. It is www.ugcs.com
Whats the Site
Can you add the link?
Thanks
Looking good.
