I looked at the documentation, but cannot find any explanation of all the RSSI values displayed in the Telemetry and RC windows. Can anyone explain it or point me to the relevant docs? Also, I would like to know what is the correlation between the…
"The Turnigy 9XR Pro is a good inexpensive radio. You will also need a transmitter module that plugs in the back of the radio and a compatible receiver that mounts on the drone.
Check out the RC groups forum for loads of info and help…"
"First check the stick on the radio to see that it is recognizing your input of full left, centre and full right rudder. My radio has a graphic and numerical display so I can see the value (-100, 0, +100). Double check with Mission Planner on the…"
On my second test flight I noticed that the copter was slowly turning without me applying any rudder input. During the first flight this was not the case. Also, when I switched to circle mode, the front of the copter did not point to the centre of…
If you do not check the box to verify height, the craft will fly to the altitude specified in the waypoint relative to the home altitude i.e. 100 metres above your home altitude. So if your home altitude is 20 metres above sea level that…"
"If you are using a power module, check this. I was getting similar drop off and suspected the batteries. I installed a small GT Power watt meter and the minimum voltage recorded during a flight was much higher than the flight controller claimed!"
These numbers are being reported by the power module/pixhawk. I made the mistake of taking them as the truth and blamed the batteries! ;).
I installed a small watt meter which records the min voltage and max amps during a flight. In my case…"
"I am having a similar problem.
After a recent crash, I am now getting low voltage (3S < 10.2) battery failsafe conditions after only 2-3 minutes which can be seen in the logs. The real time telemetry confirms a reported low voltage of around 9.5…"
I am using 3.3 and have changed the RC_FEEL_RP param from 50 to 35 for a gentler response to my inputs.Do I need to reset this to 50 before attempting Autotune? Since there are no inputs from the radio during Autotune I would assume not.Robin
