About Me:

Worked on the Mavgoose at University of Wisconsin - Madison, Like to play with flying toys and the like. I grew up in a family of crop dusters and still help with projects for the family. but I am haveing fun (if you call it that) learning that the FAA doesn't seam to like open source hardware and code that is updated every 2-3 months.

"Martin;
I can see where small swarms of drones could be used but I think this is still some time out. For a hive type system you would need a drone that can leave the hive, Fly a half a mile out scout the location it is going to. Then apply the…"

Troy Reabe commented on Chris Anderson's blog post The Verge on domestic drones
"The proble with drones is where drones and real planes can meet. As stated drones might not show up on radar but if I find one with a small plane like a PA-27 It will hurt both planes, and I would care about the one I am riding in.
The best solution…"
