About Me:

I work for an NGO the education health and development foundation , I have an interest and hobby in RC planes , and I just started building my own planes about a year or so back, I am more in to SPADs. These are built from cloroplast plastic sheets, aka corrugated plastic sheets, which is a durable ,light and reliable material.

Please tell us a bit about your UAV interest

interested in uav applications in relief work, I work for an NGO the education health and development foundation , i thought that if I personally funded a project that could develop a UAV to help in search, rescue and emergency relief efforts it would be a great asset to the NGOs working in Pakistan for dealing with future disasters. Having experienced some of the worst earthquakes and floods I know that areas become inaccessible on foot, being able to get a clear picture of where help is needed and enabling prioritization of aid efforts is just as important as mustering public support for the relief efforts. Perhaps the apm system is a good simple system that is cost effective and well suited for this type of job.
