"I have the same issue like yours, it seems that NEO 6M gps/compass module is a China Made product, you may need to enquiry to the person you bought with. It might be a BAD produced. U might want them to explain a little more further to get it…"
"Calibrate manually by 1 per 1, the cause could be the ESC or mainly the board. Ensure you balance your lipo to be sure it is at 11.1 for every cells."
"it could be the motor itself which isn't spinning like other while arming. Let me know when you have done checking the motor. Likely the issue is not on the lipo or even the power distributor."
