"Those DXF files in ArduCopter repository are known to be problematic, a lot of tools can't open them properly. You have them opened/saved again as DXF and PDF on this thread:

"When I downloaded them they said 0.01pt, not 0,01mm. I think you may had your document defaults wrong. Now they are 0.01mm for sure, something like 0.028pt."
