I did change something and got the delay down to <.5 sec. but I think you pointed out that I might miss or get incorrect data.

Save friends I'm having trouble with GroundStation and I need your help. It works normally, but the information I get from Ardupilot that were once virtually online, are now witha delay of about 10 seconds. "The uBlox code works at 38k baud, while the EM406 is at 56k. You need to change the speed of your Xbees accordingly. (BTW, this is all in the manual)"

"This happens pretty often. You just need to restore the Xbee to its default settings and reload the firmware. Instructions are here."
