"My Fluke 179 is reading 4.987 VDC when powered by USB and 5.165 VDC when powered by the onboard UBEC. I get the 3D fix led on steady with both power supplies."

"G! is bad. That's the auto-detect not detecting the GPS. Try pressing on the GPS and restarting. It may work. If so it has a bad solder joint. I would just return the board."
