I'm flying an Easystar with APM 2.11, it's had many flights and generally flies well. I have however noticed an issue in that the plane seems to overshoot waypoints when flying in a northerly direction, regardless of wind direction.
All,I was flying 2.0.33Beta this morning in Stabilise mode, and had a backflip. The machine is stock, the connectors are all soldered and I'm using foam to try to minimise vibration.I have attached the log files, and wonder if sdomeone could shine so
Hi,Is uploading and execution of missions and/or PID modifications whilst in flight supported in APM 2.2.1 or is it just guided mode "go here" for now?Has anyone had success with this?ThanksD
Hi,Running APM 2.1 and the latest build of APM planner (according to update facilty in Planner).Xbees are 868s.Mavlink works great over USB but I get no end of exceptions over Xbees. The Xbees are working fine (they definately are connected and workin
I seem to have limited throttle control in the above modes when flying APM 1.02APM is definately controlling the throttle but I seem to set the limit it works to with the throttle stick.I know you can nudge the plane but can you nudge thethrottle to?
I'm trying to get my XBees to work, using the Xtremebee board from DIYD on the aircraft side and the USB interface board that came with the XBee Dev kit.
So far, no dice! Has anyone used this board successfully? I have the recommended board on or
Hi,Anyone played with any vide encryption? Ive found one commercial product but its too expensive for amateur experimentation.Would be a nice OSD featur!?CheersD
With the FahPad and DIYD stores running out of stock in the blink of an eye, does anyone have a heads up when we will be getting proper, sustained stock?CheersD
The current state of play in the UK (almost no useable video/downlink frequencies, line of sight etc) has made me reconsider focusing on quadcopters instead of fixed wing, as the the increased range of fixed wing etc cannot really be used.
I've seen all sorts fo things written about the Xbee 868 modules in regards to RC control, the duty cycle, etc, but I can't seem to find is a definitive answer as to if anyone is using them successfully for AP or APM groundstation.
