I want to start with the ArduIMU+ V2 (Flat) as AutoPilot for my kerosine powered Jet.
It's fast about 180,2 mph ;-)

I've done a lot of AVR Programming over the years, but always did it via parallel. Will the Ardupilot let me do that, or is the software specific to the USB FTDI cable?

Read more…Mostly as a understanding/learning exercise I am coding a DCM in Python based on the write up of the ArduIMU. My 'sensor' is a Wii Nunchuck with a Motion+ mounted inside the Nunchuck, interfaced to a PC via I2C.
