"Adam has updated the version in the SVN repository to 1.4.1 and that works fine for me. Solves all the problems with this version. I expect he'll be posting it in the downloads section soon."

Adam is working the problem. There was a beta version of the tool that worked ok, but had some rough edges. In polishing off the rough edges in preparing for a release, Adam apparently created some new bugs.
