Hello Sir hope you are well happy to meet you, like to respond to this post you removed.

a drone has never collided with an man air craft! all the news reports claiming this are FAKE NEWS! Do not hold up under investigation. public perception is negative towards or RC craft because of FAKE NEWS reports.   Or DRONE industry is putting licensed pilots out of work because there skills are no longer needed! so they come up with bull rules that have nothing to do with safety....

Asim:

"drone laws are not stupid. The problem is not drones, the problem is who is flying the drones and their disregard to public safety. Traditionally RC hobby was taught by experienced pilots at local clubs. Now any Joe blow can fly a drone with almost no training or even have basic knowledge of anything.

All we have to do is to make ADS-B mandatory on all drones. This will eliminate collission issue altogether and restrict automatic height limits to 300ft.

There are commercial licenses available.

I think you get the point."

I am not against drones as I fly them myself all the time. Just like you a need license to fly a plane equally dangerous, we need to stop idiots from flying drones above 300 ft, in public properties, prop guards must be mandatory.
