Voltage Protector on Pixhawk?

Hi everybody, I was wondering if it would be any good (or bad?) to use a voltage protector like this with the Pixhawk, hooking it to the servo rail, it would give an emergency power backup for a few seconds in case of a power drop or loss, in the latter case it could give the time to trigger an emergency chute and the power to the servo...What do you think?See More

"Remember that to be able to arm the pixhawk, you must first keep pressed the safety button until you hear a beep and the led pattern of the button changes... only after this operation the pixhawk will allow pwm signals from the servo outputs...…"

H8 power distribution

Hi everybody, I'm building an H8 multirotor. I have a doubt about what would be the better power distribution layout:Option 1 (traditional): use a good power distribution board with 8 power outlets, attach the 8 escs and keep them in the main body (short power cables to escs) and then long wires to the motors through the arms (6 cables per arm)Option 2: use good quad pdb with 4 power outlets, use 4 pairs (black and red) of thick (10awg) wire going through the 4 arms (2 long wires per arm) and…See More
