ArduIMU V3 Magnetometer Calibration???

Started this discussion. Last reply by Yury Matselenak Jun 4, 2014. 1 Reply

Hi,So I know that the APM has Magnetometer Calibration(finding the offsets) built into the code but the ArduIMU v3 does not. Does anyone have the link to that snippet of code that calibrates the…Continue

Hi Daniel, yeah I don't actually have a camera running at 100Hz :) But I profiled the processing time for each frame and it was less than 10ms.

TURN UP THE VOLUME!!! THE AUDIO IS QUIET!!!!

For the last few months I've been working on vision assisted landing for ArduCopter. The hope is to provide a means of landing a multirotor in a precise matter which is currently not attainable with GPS based landing supported by ArduCopter.

The development of this software was stimulated…

ArduIMU V3 code is out of date -- team up to improve it?

Hi,

I've seen huge improvements in terms of sensor fusion algorithms implementations into the APM 2.5, but none of those changes have been made to the ArduIMU v3. As a result the arduIMU is EXTREMELY sensitive to vibration and drift. I have taken…
