PPM output at 3V

Its just for curiosity, my quad is working fine now, but I measured in the scope the PPM output from APM to ESC and I noticed that its is arround 3V, is it common? shouldnt it be 5V? Continue

"The 5-volt spec used to be where all servos operated, but that is no longer the case. Somewhere along the line, once  CPU products went to 3.3-volt levels, so to did the servos. There are no real specifications for RC equipment and no governing…"

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
