I've just found an interesting & impressive concept of an flying object from Festo (those guys who also made the flying bird one year ago).
It's a quite interesting concept to get an object flying at low speed. I'd love to see such an object moving outside - but I guess this aircraft is hard to handle when it comes to windy or turbulent…

danke für Deinen request. Bin noch ziemlich am Anfang mit FPV, aber werde mir in den nächsten Wochen das erste equipment zulegen. Wird 5,8GHz mit den "erlaubten" 25mW sein. Checke gerade, mit welchen RX/TX ich einsteigen werde. Als Fluggerät stehen mehrere Easystars zur Verfügung. Habe auch schon einen APM von DIY DRONES aufgebaut. Der erste Testi n einem ES war allerdings nicht so erfolgreich, obwohl die Elektronik ok ist. Ich denke falsche Parameter sind die Ursache. Ist allerdings schon ein paar Monate her und mittlerweile gibt es ja config-files auch für den ES. Ich muss da nochmal ran :-). Habe mir auch den Flight-Sim besorgt um den APM mal "trocken" zu testen. Soweit mal von hier ...

aber helfen kann man sich ja doch vielleicht mal :)
Hab bisher Erfahrung mit 'nem MK Hexa, Quadrocopter APM und Quadro mit Coptercontrol machen dürfen.
Ich bastel auch grad an einer WebSite (www.XKopter.de) um meine eigene Erfahrungen zu Dokumentieren,
damit sich nicht jeder Neuanfänger alles wie zusammensuchen muss.
