"Stabilize is a totally manual throttle. You can adjust your radio to give you an expo curve for the throttle, but adjusting the gains won't work. They aren't used in manual throttle.

I have the same rig and use a 4S Lipo. I'd suggest the following as a starting point:
Drop Stabilise Roll P to 3.5
Drop Rate Roll P to 0.1
Set Throttle Trim to 450

Motors are jDrones 2836 880kv, 12x4.5 propellers, 30 amps esc and 2 4S 5000 mAh (in parallel). This is to give you an idea.
