Brushless motor replacement?

Does anyone happen to know a good replacement for the HXT 2835 (380S) 2200kv Brushless Inrunner? (Can be found here: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewitem.asp?idproduct=5203) It has been out of stock for a while, and I do not know how to judge brushless motors, so I don't want to choose an incorrect replacement. Thanks!SamSee More

"Another question...how do you keep the tail on?? Do you use magnets for the too, or did you just glue it to only one side of the plane like the motor? Thanks, Sam"

"or mount the landing gear on the motor firewall - if your converting to electric you need new gear anyway so larger wheels and really far forward gear mount works well."

"My first real plane was a mini-Telemaster. 47" and about 3.5 lbs full up weight. It flew beautifully. Some observations on how it flies: - It is too light to avoid nosing over, when taking off and landing on grass. You will have a lot of bent…"
