Yes this is correct. Even with a GPS 3D fix, the direction of the copter in mission planner is different then the actual direction of the copter.

Hi all, I have made several automated flight attempts without success. The copter performs as expected in other flight modes (Stabilize, RTL, Loiter, Alt_Hold). When I switch into Auto Mode, the copter usually begins yawing and seems to follow the programmed waypoints very poorly, if at all.
