NEO M8T rtcm 1230 and 1013 message?

I use RTKLIB(strsvr) and snip  to make rtk base station. How can I enable rtcm 1230 and 1013 message, that strsvr and SNIP understand it? My message types look like that: 1004, 1006, 1008, 1012, 1013, 1033, 1230.

I have just set up both an APM 2.6 with external M8N compass and a new APM 2.8 using internal compass. The calibration goes well but the result seems to be 180 degrees out, as in when I point north it shows
