I came across a website with freeduino, and as far as i can see its 100% compatible with arduino, and from the pictures it also looks 100% the same as arduino? So whats the point of it if its the same thing, just a different colour? I was just wond
Folks - meet "Controlling Access to Stored Information" - US 6,370,629, and a snapshot of my brain in 1999 when I filed it originally. It is the culmination in a process which produces non-repudiated controls as di
So my guess is that if I want to use ailerons, I just use a y-cable and plug it into the rudder output on Ardupilot. This rules out any mixing while under RC control but that isn't such a big deal.
I am an amateur rocketeer, the problem i have (apart from motor malfunctions) is getting the camera's and altimeters back without them being dunked into the sea or getting up a ladder to pull them off a chimney pot.

I'm considering buying a Predator from Verticalhobby but I don't really now what engine I should use. I'm not all that interesting in flying this by my self since it is supposed to be an autonomous vehicle in the future. I'm looking for something pre
Hi! I'm starting work on an unmanned boat, idea is to comb an area in a fixed pattern for some research work. Any ideas of a good autonomous computer? I would need to be able to update waypoints mid-trial, hence ardupilot does not look like it will w
Is it possible to use an OSD Pro (EagleTree) by itself without the GPS. It seems like it should be better to use the same feed from the ArduPilot GPS. Can this OSD be used with just one GPS Rx? Also, is the eLogger needed in the system? I just want a
If any of you are building/flying an Aeroquad, Mikro has just released Shield Board Ver 1.6 for the Arduino 328 board. It is available in the Aeroquad Store for $24.95 plus shipping.
I finally worked up the nerve to maiden my radian test bed in autonomous flight. I though if I lost a already mangled airframe it would hurt so much. Although the flight was not a gleaming example of success I did perhaps cure some of the butterflie
