I think there is a typo inside first line of motor test output_motor_test() function :
APM_RC.OutputCh(CH_1, g.rc_3.radio_min);
Should be replaced by
APM_RC.OutputCh(CH_2, g.rc_3.radio_min);
If not, motor 2 stay always on.

Read more…Looks like ACM2 (and ACM1) isn't able to initiate the gyro. The red and green LED's keeps flashing and the output is a continues stream of asterix'. In Mission Planner I eventually get a packet/crc error and it times out.
