i have had a dickens of a time getting past the radio calibration step. currently i do something convaluted just to get calibration. Have you had success with rx and tx from turnigy 9x?

APM - throttle output cuts to zero in RTL mode

Hi,

throttle output cuts to zero as soon as I switch to RTL mode. Has anyone seen this?

Other modes that I have tried are all fine:

MANUAL STABILIZE FLY-BY-WIRE-A

but these don't adjust throttle so this mode is the first time with controlled throttle

Curious and need to solve, why there is no output to servos in stabilize mode for APM

True I do not have GPS working (attached but seems not to work) but stabilize mode should not need GPS. Correct?

Can anyone suggest a good path for 5.8GHz tx/rx for UAV telemetry?

Hi everyone,

Is there a good path to 5.8GHz UAV telemetry or a commercial combo?

I'm in Australia so 900MHz is illegal.

The only 5.8 GHz combos I've found being from blip and they are about 3 x as pricey as the Xbee 2.4 GHz telemetry from DiyDrones.
