To be honest with you I have not flown it as of yet. I am a little gun shy about sending a $2,500 piece of equipment in the air until I am fully confedent in the settings and my flying skills. That said I give an A+ to the company's customer service. They have been very good about answering my questions and helping me get started with flying.
For now I am "flying" the E384 on a simulated environment learning the controls and customizing the various settings. This is a good thing because I have had some nasty virtual crashes.
