I would suggest you resize the entire configuration in order to be cost effective.
What I can propose is an 11kw generator with a total weight of 10kg with 1 hr of fuel.
This generator will not give you a peak power of 20+ KW but for sure will make the whole system more economical, reliable and light-weight.
Otherwise, we can explore different solutions.
