- I am building a UAV for 20 Kg payload with a Max Take Off Wt of 150 KG with a max speed of 100km/hr and a range of 800 Km.
This is for Geo Survey Work.
I am trying to source a dependable Auto Pilot System that can use the Satelite [Iridium ] type coms system and allow extended sorties with contor following capabilities........ I am looking very hard at both the Procerus and Micropilot systems

Can anybody give me a pointer re over the horizon Auto Pilot systems.......... I am looking at the Micropilot LRC that uses Iridium and costs $26000.............
Wt is not a major problem as I am looking at MTW of 150 Kg.... so this is a big bird..... what I need is reliability........ any clues?
