Is there another way of connecting the IMU to ardupilot other than using the same pins as the FTDI cable?
I don't want to have to disconnect the IMU every time I reprogram the ardupilot.

I have managed to get my model (skywalker) flying quite well in both stabilized and fly by wire mode, but I have a problem with the throttle. It doesn't seem to work.
For testing purposes I wired the throttle direct to the rx so I could control it.
I've converted the windows Avionics Controls Demo that I blogged about recently to ArduPilot format.
It turns out to be a good experiment for my mini gound station project.
