I have a bit if a daft question. How do you do a RC range test with a quad?I have read all of the WIKI and searched all the posts but come up with nothing. Which to me seems odd as Range checking should be the first safety step before flying.

Sonar hold was not working on 2.24a beta and moving the sonar to a low- unobstructed spot away from the battery on the frame seemed to solve the problem. Sonar alt hold at was working well in 2.24b

I have been told that the 'out ' number 5 and 6 from the APM are used to stabilise the pitch and roll axes on the mount, I have tried pluging in servos but the do not power up does the function need switching on somehow ?
