I am using a ArduPilot board with ArduIMU V2+ for pitch roll and yaw sensing. The default code processes roll, pitch and yaw (ground course) and sends it into ArduPilot. ArduPilot thus has RLL, PCH and CRS information reflecting the respective angles

Gyro drift correction without GPS

Hi,

Does someone know if it is possible to correct for the yaw gyro drift without the GPS? So is it possible to use the accelerometers for yaw drift as well?

My airship will only fly indoors so I can not use GPS.

Error When loading Code to Main Board

I have checked every debugging item and all are correct/fixed.  I am using a PC with Windows 7 and I get the following error when loading the code:

avrdude: ser_send(): write error: sorry no info avail

Problem compiling APM_Compass_Test

referring to the ArduCoper Wiki under the section Optional Magnetometer i an trying to compile the suggested test sketch called APM_Compass_Test.pde.

I get the following error :-

I have a Turnigy 9X transmitter.  My understanding is that this outputs PPM encoded channels.  That is, there are eight separate channels, as separate signals,  that are each PPM encoded.
