Angle of Roll, Yaw to PWM

HI 

 I am working autonomous quadcopter project . I am troubling to convert Roll or Yaw angle to PWM signal.

For example if i want to Yaw 30 degrees what PWM i need to give to the flight controller.Please Help.

RTK/PPK GPS

RTK /PPK which will be more effective. From my research i will opt PPK because we can post process it and in comparison with RTK its accuracy is better in this mode. 

Does anybody have any better reason for RTK/PPK  ? please lemme know ..

My ublox gps does not work.

Hello everyone.When I plug my APM 2.8 to pc and plug the gps, APM recognizes it and it even gets locked. I can see gps lights flashing on top of APM. But when I disconnect apm from pc and plug it with battery, it doesn't work. There is no gps lights
