Pixhawk flight mode voices behaviour with Taranis

Hello,

I've setup the S3 multi position switch for the Pixhawk 6 flight modes. I'm using a Taranis X9D Plus.

The switch works well but the assigned voices have a strange behaviour: when I change flight mode, the voice of the corresponding FM is played

I have built a pixhawk tricopter and just can't seem to get a delay bug worked out.

When I calibrate ESCs, throttle input is immediate.

When I arm the tricopter and fly, throttle input has nearly a 1 second delay

One of my PIXHAWK setups wont record any data i tried using the default pixhawk setting for the LOG_BITMASK and also tried just camera logs  i also tried taking out the SD card and reinstalling several times . anyone know something else i can try ?

The Maxbotics Sonar was lost in a recent crash so I chose to upgrade to the Lidar Lite.
