When I installed my rssi pin, I changed the RSSI_PIN parameter to 3, for A3, but I could never get a reading. It's always reading from A0 ignoring RSSI_PIN, it seems. I made my peace and changed to A0.
My friend just crashed his octocopter today and I don't know interpret this log.
It was a mission for mapping a small property, everything looked all right and then it took off in stabilize mode and then loiter to confirm if everything was good, a
I am nearing completion on the airframe side of a single motor variable pitch quad copter design and I need a little help on the software side to get this going. My intention is to use the variable pitch to control attitude and altitude and then run
just want to say hallo to everybody and do a short introduction myself.
I build and fly modlellhelicopter since arround 25 years. I'm a typical diy man so I built serveral helicopter/rotorheads from scratch. Also I've built a turbine last winter. Th
So I have been struggling with 2 issues with my APM on an X8.
1. After recently resetting to defaults and starting over, the APM will not remember my radio calibration. Regardless of how many times I try, it says it has completed but when I try to arm
This is a discussion re the bad Accel, Gyro and Baro values that we're seeing with ArduCopter-3.1. The increase in the SPI bus speed from 500khz to 8Mhz has exposed a hardware problem on some boards. That hardware problem is that the 3.3V regulator
I know we have numerous modes available for the Arducopter, but I thought combining Super Simple Mode with Altitude Hold would make the perfect bail out mode. While I'm able to regain orientation I need to move it about the sky a little to verify dire
I'm setting up an APM heli using a PX4 + IO, but I couldn't find any info of wiring. My setup is a 120 swashplate with a separate direct drive variable pitch tail, which means I have a normal tail servo with an extra motor at the tail to control.
I have calibrated radio. In radio calibration: When I push right stick forward the green pitch bar goes up and shows pwm value 1940, stick in the middle value is 1520 and when the stick is pulled back the value is 1100 and the green bar is down. S
Quick question hopefully someone can help with. When using APM 2.6 with an airspeed sensor and on an airplane is there anyway to just set the airspeed when flying in auto mode? For instance just say fly 30 mph. I understand that there is a cruise
Something about me: my hobby is electronics, and by profession I am a computer programmer. I built a few things, like DIY CNC, and a small robot (Ultrasonic obstacle avoidance robot). I like to play with PIC micro-controllers.
I see in the common-Pixhawk Overview that it comes with a "External power supply similar to existing 3DR power brick". Anyone know if the power brick supports higher voltages than the standard 3DR power brick which only supports up to a 4s LiPo (18v
