I finished making my hexacopter and tried to fly twice but they both ended up with terrible crashes. Eventually, I have realized I really have to adjust the PID values. Could someone who has or had a multicopter weighing around 4kg share
I am attempting to fix the flybar acro code, wanted to get it out with the upcoming 3.1.3 release, but I'm in a bit of a pickle. It compiles in Arduino, but won't compile in Make for PX4. I assume it's just some sort of annoying problem with Make.

I have an APM2.5 running on a SK450 with whatever the latest version of arducopter firmware is. Using a ublox gps and 900mhz radio telemetry modules with 2.4 for rc control.
In stabilize mode the quad works great. I fly up to about 5m altitu
