Aux channels on APM 2.5

Hi,

I've got an APM 2.5 with the latest x8 firmware.

I'm using a ppm receiver. I'd like to control a servo from one of the auxiliary output with a PWM signal.

Is it possible to do this (map one of the ppm inputs to a pwm output on the apm?)

MP, RaspberryPi, and mono

I have been trying to get the latest 1.2.82 MP to run on my RaspberryPi.  Here is what I have and tried:

Is bigger better?

Say you wanted to build a glider to do the usual glider things. How big would you make it?

Given that fuel load is not an issue, and the mass of the APM is insignificant, would you make the wingspan 1.5 meters or 3.5 meters? Or bigger than full size?
