VSI Fluctuations

I have noticed a fluctuation in VSI even while the quad is level, calibrated, stable, un-powered.  I went as far as removing the ArduPilot from the quad and connecting it to my laptop and with no external interference/vibrations, I see a fluctuation

Trex 450 with APM2.5

Hi all, I have a helicopter with APM2.5. I set the board as the wiki. 

But I got the problem. After starting the APM, the swashplate get slant.
