I am looking for best performance LIPO battery for the 3D Robotics Quad-C frame kit (I bought the unassembled version - gonna assemble it this weekend).

What is the best option when it come to powering the FPV equipment.

1. Camera and TX powered from the same battery used for APM (through BEC), ESC/Motors

Hi, once again my reptile is flying nice,ive one small problem,i love going high and nocking the power off and catching it,but when i do that the reat of the frame drops down,what parameter do i alter to cure this,your's,marty.

ArduPlane 2.69/2.70 released

I've just released ArduPlane 2.69 [UPDATE: revised to version 2.70 after bug fix (see comments). This release includes a lot of internal changes, principally the AP_HAL changes, which is why it took so long. I've also been doing a lot of test flights

Not enough power to get off ground

I have changed from a kk2 board to the ardupilot with the latest firmware done al the calibrations but do not have enough power to get off the ground The quad had plenty of power when using the kk2 board . checked the settings in stranded parameters

Bad motors?

As I am sure we all know vibration reduction is the name of the game now with the new version of the arducopter firmware. I have balanced my props and motors but noticed something interesting happening on one of them when I managed to get it balanced

HUD tilt when Armed, without any TX action

QuadX, APM2.0, Arducopter 2.8.1

I did calibrate radio and ESC.

Then I did level the quad in Configuration / Level (using also spirits level), HUD becomes horizontal.

When arm the quad (0:12min), HUD starts to tilt on right, without any motor (throttle)

SONAR

Hi All,

         When I do a test in the CLI of the sonar,all I get is a constant number 1068,this does not change when I lift or lower the quad is this cirrect or do I have a faulty sonar,many thank's,Marty.

Lost Plane

Hello,

I finally managed to save up enough to upgraded to 2.5 and on my first test flight with it yesterday on RTL mode it flew over head for a bit and then took off. I followed it for a few km but lost it.

Strange output on uBlox LEA-6H GPS

I have a uBlox LEA-6H gps as an external GPS for an APM 2.0. I get great locks and the GPS coordinates are approximately correct, but the output is strange. I have a custom datalog routine to save all the gps data.
