Motor Leds Error

I have changed from a kk2 board to the ardupilot with the latest firmware done al the calibrations but do not have enough power to get off the ground The quad had plenty of power when using the kk2 board . checked the settings in stranded parameters

QuadX, APM2.0, Arducopter 2.8.1
I did calibrate radio and ESC.
Then I did level the quad in Configuration / Level (using also spirits level), HUD becomes horizontal.
When arm the quad (0:12min), HUD starts to tilt on right, without any motor (throttle)

I finally managed to save up enough to upgraded to 2.5 and on my first test flight with it yesterday on RTL mode it flew over head for a bit and then took off. I followed it for a few km but lost it.

Strange output on uBlox LEA-6H GPS
I have a uBlox LEA-6H gps as an external GPS for an APM 2.0. I get great locks and the GPS coordinates are approximately correct, but the output is strange. I have a custom datalog routine to save all the gps data.
